Dan Boyle and Sis Archer had a DRUNK visitor on their front porch tonite 3/8/11 at 7:30 PM.
It was the owner of the Black S-10 pickup with the 30 day tag,in the picture of the house on Lakeview Drive in BLV.
The blue house with 2 unlicensed vehicles and 1 unlicensed trailer,in the 2/28/11 picture.
The drunk ass hole went over the front gate on Dan's front porch and was upset about the picture of his Black S-10 truck being on this blog site.
I think he came with ass beating on his drunk mind,but after a little talk with Dan,he backed off and said he would sue,if the picture was not taken off the blog.
He told Dan,that Dan couldn't take that picture.
GEE.I wonder what that drunk guy was so paranoid about ?
You don't suppose he is related to or doing business with Commander Paranoid ?
I called BLV police chief Dave Kinney this morning 3/9/11.
I left a message about what happened on my front porch last nite 3/8/11 at 7:30.
I got a phone call at 10:00 AM, from BLV police officer Al Begin.
Al is going to meet me at the BLV police station at 12:30 PM today and take my statement as to what happened on my front porch.
The sad part is.
I took a picture of a real BLV zoning problem.
The picture was taken from the street.
The picture shows some of the problems at that house and it appears there are more problems than meets the eye,at this house.
It's too bad a BLV resident has to do the job of the BLV zoning inspetor,RT Mansfield.
When the Franklin Township zoning inspector has a complaint,he acts on that complaint.
I know this is true,because I have delt with the Franklin Township zoning inspector and he needs NO assistant zoning inspector to do his job,in a much larger area.
I met with BLV police officer Al Begin at the BLV police station today at 12:30 PM.
I made out a report about what happened on my front porch last nite.
Al was very helpful and we shook hands,on the whole thing.
I also gave AL Begin the reports about BLV employee Allen Mathes and Allen's lurching his dump truck at me and Allen doing the other threatening things he has been doing.
This whole deal with the BLV officials is going to move forward,no matter what.
I see no need for bloodshed,over telling the truth,but some people,I guess don't see it that way.
Maybe the thought of losing their village pay check is more than they can take and it must be Dan Boyle's fault.
While I was at the BLV police station today,I asked for a copy of the police report Dave Kinney made out,about BLV councilman,Jouhua Moore.
The report was about this past year when Joshua was in his front yard one Tuesday nite.
Joshua was burning leaves and he was drunk.
He also came running out to the road yelling nasty shit at Me.
My girl friend Laurel Archer was in my truck with me.
This is just another example of the BLV officials being pissed at Dan Boyle,for telling it like it is.
All this crap started when I told the truth about former BLV fire chief,Ken Bescoe and Bescoe's lying to village council about the safety of the fire trucks.
Now Bescoe is on BLV council.
Everything was OK when I was helping BLV for free and when I told stuff about former BLV police chief James Woolf.
If I'm going to tell it like it is about one thing,ya gotta tell it about everything,including myself.
It looks like Brady Lake Village is in for trouble. It's about time. Maybe someone won't die in one of those Harris or Warren rentals.
If anybody else is pissed off about the pictures that have been shown on the blog about the BLV bad housing and properties,they should call the guy that isn't doing his job and raise hell with him.
That would be the BLV zoning inspector,who gets paid,RT Manfield.

RT Mansfield has seen all the pictures,that have also been shown to all the BLV officials almost 2 years ago.
Some of these problems have been around for more than 20 years,some 30 years.
The pictures of the property with the dozens of tires laying around just plain upsets me to no end. I myself was harrassed when someone decided to drop off a tire (that is ONE) tire next to my garage. I had no idea who had 'placed' it there but I was harrassed by the Village to get rid of it because it was a hazard, I promptly got rid of the tire. This was 1 tire and this person has dozens of tires but is able to NOT get harassed because he is friends with some official int he Village? Somehow this does not seem just to me. Laws and Rules should apply to ALL persons, the government cannot just pick and choose how or with who they want certain laws to apply to and not others. I say this is GROSS NEGLIGENCE in following the laws set forth by the Village.
Between scum lords, David Harris and Dick Warren the BLV ball field neighborhood looks like shit and could very well burn down,because of these 2 ass holes.
The Brady Lake zoning inspector is now worried about gutters and mosquitos. What about the Dick Fresch property and all the dismounted tires ? OH,that's right,Fresch is good friends with Ted Holland,president of village council.
So I have a question..How can the "inspections" which RT did in privious years even have a leg to stand on when it states in one of the BLV minutes that the forms include fire and zoning and he cannot use them now?!? So his and BLV crdibility again is flushed down the toilet. Also pertaining to the progress of the exterior inspections is total BULLSHIT...the exteiors of the majority of the properties still look the same or worse than before. Also how about the bang up job that has been done regarding the ballfield and the well and the plastic fending surrounding this well. I believe that I was in attendance at a council meeting, when D. Jones stated a great concern for the children of the Village and this well and what the village was going to build around it to keep the children safe. Once again the citizens voices fall on the deaf ears of those in power in BLV. These are the same people who will bitch and complain about the safety of their children or grandchildren but apparently dont give a rats ass about the children or grandchildren of others!! What an eyesore!! Good going BLV..all for the almighty dollar you have made BLV look even worse than ever!!! For Christs sake why dont you get your heads out of your asses and do your jobs...you are supposed to work for the people..WE pay your salary!!! Why doesnt the mayor grow a set of nuts and make things happen instead of sitting around and going along with others because it is the easy way of doing things??

I mean, to me ( and I may be wrong ), negligence is when you kind of don't realize... and it seems that some of what is being talked about here is PURPOSEFUL and DELIBERATE

Franklin Township does not have Kinneylaw,but it does have the Sheriff's Department,that seems to be doing a decent job for the residents,without becoming a police township.

BLV is now broke and BLV has a for now police chief named John Marra who was busted for having sex with a 16 year old girl while Marra was on duty for the Uniontown PD.
